Wellness

The Excel Program focuses on providing a comprehensive, holistic approach to youth and their emotional hygiene and wellness. Wellness provides individual and group counseling, yoga and meditation. Yoga helps the well-being of the body and mind, alleviating mental and physical stressors. Individual counseling provides a support system for each individual youth. Group counseling helps foster  healthy social interaction. Meditation is a valuable, stress relieving resource available to our youth participants and staff.
