Our mentoring program offers youth the opportunity to gain emotional support and guidance from mentors. Through this program, youth connect with people who have specific skills and knowledge that will provide them guidance, skills, and advantages to move up in work, skill level, or school and personal performance. These mentors will be positive role models and will receive supervision from licensed psychologists or social workers. Mentors will keep records to monitor the progress of their mentee's development, as well as break down barriers and creates opportunities for success. ExcelGDS has seen the importance of caring adults and young people can make in each other's lives. A mentoring program that is both well-planned and well-run can have a tremendous impact on the lives of youths.
